Appointment Scheduling and Finance Management
Laura is our scheduling and finance coordinator and has been with the practice for over 20 years. She works hard to facilitate all aspects of the practice and can answer any insurance or scheduling questions you may have throughout treatment. She is a true multitasker. She and her husband enjoy the outdoors and have several years of experience adopting rescue dogs, including their most recent adoption a third rescue puppy named Bella.
Orthodontic Assistant and Materials Preparation
Alyssa is an orthodontic assistant, materials preparation coordinator and fills in at the front desk when needed. She knows the workings of the practice inside and out. She grew up in Windsor and has been part of our team for over 15 years. When she's not at the office, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their 7 year old daughter.
Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Technician
Heidi is an orthodontic assistant and laboratory technician and has been with us for over 15 years. She has a gentle touch and loves working with our patients to achieve beautiful smiles. When she's not at the office, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her two adult children and her dog.
Sterilization and Records Technician
Czerieh goes by the nickname Cici in the office. She decided she wanted to pursue a career in orthodontic assisting because of its fun, upbeat environment. When she's not in the office she enjoys time with family, creative projects, and going to the gym.

Orthodontic Assistant
Kajal graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia and has been with our practice since 2021. She loves connecting with all of our patients and providing them comfort during their treatment. In her free time, she loves to travel to new places and try new foods. She also likes to spend lots of time hanging out with her friends and family!
Orthodontic Assistant
Melanie recently graduated from her dental assisting program and loves working with our patients. When she is not in the office she spends time with her 7-year old daughter visiting museums.

Tinna is an orthodontic assistant who graduated from the University of Connecticut. She loves working with kids and making their time in the office as enjoyable as possible. In her free time she likes to bake and take naps with her cat.
